Is this a registered lawyer?

Hi

I have reason to believe my company is being scammed in relation to trademark registrations. The company who is challenging our trademark is using a law firm called MAPA Trademarks. They were founded in 2014 and haven't since submitted an annual report since. One of the registered managers who also wrote to us claiming to be an IP Attorney is called Sandra Santos RodrÃ*guez, their company is registered in Bilbao. I'd like to find out if this person is a real Attorney or a fake because everything about the company they represent is fake.
