No contract - Landlady probably wont give back deposit

I am renting a room which I have found through Facebook . I already paid the rent in advance and also paid 200 Euros deposit. I am suspecting that the lady that rents the rooms will not give me the money back when I leave, since she is trying to get money from me for everything. Is there anything I can do if she doesnt give back the 200? Is there any law that I could show her?

FYI: I have no written contract. The 200 deposit she told me was only for the key, so I would return it.

The owner has the obligation to refund the deposit, and this is established in article 36 of Law 29/1994, 24th November of Urban Rentals. It will be refunded as long as the room is left in the same conditions as when it was rented in the beginning.
