Spanish citizens ship

Hi I have larga duracion in spain and now I am going to apply my spanish nationality after 11 Years I continuously work in the same company from 9 years at the post of chef(jefe de cocina) but my wife is non resident living in spain from last five years I tried twice for her residency on family base my 2 sons born there in spain now her case is( archivado) because my marriage certificate is in spanish embassy for attestation in pakistan I just want to know in this condition can I get my spanish passport application favorable.
