can i hope for nationality???

hello Patricia

I m living in spain for 11 years. last year in oct 2018 i gave fingers for 2nd permanet residency when i went to get residency they said it is rejected because ur last permanent residncy was issued with a fake empressa contract. i appealed in court against this rejection.

Last year march 2018 i submitted my nationality documents also.
My question is:- can i hope for nationality???

Hello Haji,

The nationality application will be subject to the result of the appeal to recover your residency rights. As a nationality application takes around two years or more to be resolved, you will have time to correct the mistake with your permanent residence card and wait for the outcome of the Nationality application.

In any case, the Civil Registry will send you a notification explaining your options:Giving you some time to solve the matter or filing away your application until you are ready to submit a new one, having solved your situation with the Immigration Office.
