Rent not paid and Property management company not responding?

Tenant has not paid the rent for the previous month and the property management company is not responding to my calls?

I told the PM company that i want to do a short sale and requested him to list the house and after that he went off the radar. Now without the monthly payment i cannot pay the mortgage.

I currently reside out of USA for work related posting.

SHoudl i contact the bank and tell them the situation?

but can the tenant sue me for some reasons (like non payment of association fees(3 months) ?)

any suggestions plzzz?

It makes logical sense to foreclose..
