ten years or more i had a divorce from my husband we agreeed to share the propertys mine in spain i wish to sell my property but spainish law says i must have agreement with my exhusband they do not except the ruling of the british courts i have had the papers appostled by the europe hague and still the spainish courts will not comply with out his consent for all these years i have tried to find him but with out any luck so is there a law that i can sell the property with out his consent because i am at a lostif you know of any thing i can do please comtact me i live if australia my e mail is michael_crockford@hotmail.com reagrds mrs s gray
