pregnant fourteen year old in spain

I have just been informed that my fourteen year old daughter is pregnant, one week from leaving spain going back to the United Kindom. She wants to stay in spain which is out of the question her Spanish boyfriends parents want to get involved, but as I have said we are going back to the UK, is there any spainish law stopping us from doing this as she is carrying a Spainish baby, Bearing in mind she is only fourteen.
