My mum recently passed away without a will in either England or Spain. The house in Spain was jointly owned by my Mum and Dad.
We are now unsure of how to proceed and move the remaining 50% over to my fathers name. He says that he isn't bothered about doing it at the moment as he doesn't plan to sell the house in his life time, but what about if i want to sell it in 30 years time.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
