My mother passed away 2 months ago and left me her house in her will.... House is valued at around 40,000 with 14,000 still owed on it.....not many bills left but about 1,500 worth but there is a car loan in her name for 14,000 still owed. Her great grand daughter, also is the executor, was left contents of house. ....and the car was really driven by her also. Will we have to pay the car loan to get the house? And would the great grand daughter still get the car?
