renevation tax
Hello I bought a masia and had plans to renovate it I paid the town hall 15,000€ in taxes. due to the cris I was unable to finish the job and tje property is on the market. can I claim back from the town hall some of the tax I paid. my building permits have now expired so I would not be able to complete it anyway what i sepent was only half of the the total cost. so i should get half the money back

The Town Hall is not responsible for your decision to not go ahead with the Building works, as the Building Licence remains there for any future Building work to be done on it.
It is not possible to ask for a refund.
