Scam after scam

I was contacted in August 2009 by First Legal Services claiming to have a class action against a firm I had purchased points from. When I tried to use these points found I could not go on the holiday I was promised. First Legal said they could get my money back, I paid 625Euro for court cost, they were very professional and answered my phone calls in a very timely and professional way. I received the paper work by registered post and this too seemed very professional, I also have it in writting that if, for any reason they were not able to get my original payment back, my 625Euro would be refunded. They now have course disappeared. Is there no one in Spain that can get these people to pay back this money?

They haven't disappeared, they have only moved onto their next scam. They are still around.
