non tax paying landlady is trying to get me to pay her invoices

I was in dispute with my landlady - and effectively stopped paying her rent as nothing was getting done. I was in the process of leaving the house, when she and her estate agents started mailing all the other agents in the area which effectivley stopped me leaving the house. Now, as she does not seem to want to declare her failure to pay rental tax, her solicitor is trying to get me to pay her invoices - now i am not sure what service she thinks she is supposed to be supplying me with - i don't think her invioces have a CIF or NIF (which is useless anyway as she would be registered where i am living anyway) she has left spain with a mountain of debts herself. I have refused to go to court and not signed or taken any official summons though she has tried. What should i do?
