My previous tenant did not tell me he was leaving the property, but instead let his friend rent the property, on the understanding that he paid my rent.
He has not paid the rent, and I was totally unaware of the change of tenant until one week ago. The new tenant/squatter has been there for two months.
Can I just remove his property, and change the locks, as he has no agreement with me, and has not paid any rent or bills?
