Selling a property due to divorce and CGT

A UK court ordered us to sell a jointly owned Spanish property (main family home for over 10 years) and split the proceeds 50/50. I am resident in Spain and my ex-wife not.
I have read that there is an exemption in this case. The article states "Assets divided on divorce or the dissolution of a community marriage regime are exempt from capital gains tax, as are gifts to certain charities and non-profit making entities".
1. Is this exemption still as stated and valid in my divorce situation?
2. What declaration do I need to make to transfer funds out of Spain to enable No CGT?
