Hi
I recently rented a flat in Spain with a 1 year contract, extendable up to 3 years.
The agency I rented it from said I must stay there a minimum 6 months.
I queried what the 6 months reference was about and they said spanish law lets me get out early, after this timescale.
Is this right..?
Does Spanish law overwrite the contract..?
