Hi,
I am thinking of buying a small villa for about 150,000 euros jointly with my sister and both of us being resident in Spain. We have no other assets anywhere worldwide.
Both of us intend to have Spanish wills leaving our share to the other in the event of death.
Would the beneficiary be liable to Spanish IHT?
