Hi we own and rent a property in Menorca and pay taxes on this. Our fiscal representative (Management company) now insist that we must auto-invoice when we stay in the property ourselves and pay the taxes on this. They also state that we cannot reclaim IVA on any property improvement unless we auto-invoice? Can anyone advise us on this, please?
