I am a EU citizen planning on opening an restaurant in Spain. The specific theme of the restaurant requires equipment to be imported from the US. I am trying to find out what kind of taxes will be levied on equipment imported for business purposes into spain. Will it be different for different types of businesses? Will I be able to write of the cost as a business expense?
