The Historical Memory Law

Hello everyone,

I was looking up the eligibility for obtaining a Spanish passport and one way was via the The Historical Memory Law. I was under the impression that this option may have been closed now, but i wasn't able to find if it was. Could anyone please confirm if i can take this route or it is no longer open?

My Grandmother was born in Spain to British parents i 1936, and they were evacuated in 1940 because of the civil war, so i thought i may be eligible if it was still ongoing.
