Have you any idea of the timescales for recovering UK judgements in Spain.
he judgement does have a Europian Certificate of Enforcement and the debtor has just had an opposition to the siezure of his property dismissed.
My questions are how long does the process take, will there be a charge registered on the property and does it matter if the property is jointly owned with his wife.
