How long to eviction

I am hoping someone can help.We have lived in a rental propery for 6 years on an 11 month rolling contract and have recently become behind with our rent,2 months to be exact.Our landlord has said that as of 30/11/09 the end of this 11 month contract he will not renew.We were told this by a translater on the phone.He wants the keys back on 30/11/09 and the property left in the way it was at the beginning of the rental.From what i have read on here he cannot expect us to up and leave on 30/11/09 and what are our options?How long will it take him to evict us realistically?We have had no written communication as of yet.
