Am I entitled to half the proceeds of the house?

Yes, you are entitled to half of the sales proceeds regardless if you paid or not for the property, that is irrelevant.

However your husband can deduct your share of the expenses borne by him on the propertie's upkeep providing he is able to justify them by means of invoices.

So from your net share of the sales proceeds these maintanance expenses will have normally been deducted.
