Required documents for nationality.

I m shamsher from India
I need information for filling nationality form.

Is it obligatory give details of under 18 children. If yes then have to present their birth certificate also. That are IMPOSSIBLE for me at this time.

I have four children 2 have Spanish residency age under 18.
2 are living India age under 18 also.

Please guide me about this confusion.

Hello Shamsher

You can file details of the children that live with you in Spain as they can access the Spanish Nationality with you. Obviously, their birth certificates are required.

I recommend you to visit the Civil Registry in your home town so they can answer your questions and help you filling out the forms.
