What is the Law regarding cancelling a contract with a holiday company where the contract doesn't show a cooling off period. The company in question utilises dubious methods to obtain custom and is operating in Gran Canaria.

Dear Sir,

The cooling off period is only applicable to timeshare not to holiday companies/clubs. In Spain you have a 10 day cooling off period.

You should read the following webs:

http://www.timeshare.org.uk/cancel.html

http://www.ote-info.com/index.php?lang=en

Read our article on the matter.-
