Is EU national free for stay period in europa

My wife national portugees having NIE OF spain also. How much time she can continously live out of spain.
Is there any law for european also pls send me link.

Hello Shamsher

She has the possibility to register as an EU citizen in Spain if she spends more than 90 days in Spain every year. Anyhow,she is allowed to stay longer.
