Hello, I have a Spanish comunitario resident which I used to apply for Swedish resident permits I was sent a letter that I can't use it unless it's residenete de lagar duracion.
Please what should I do ?

I understand that you are being requested to hold a long term or permanent residence card in order to apply for a residence card in another EU country. Do you still have a temporary card? Those cards issued for relatives of EU citizens are valid during 5 years. After this period of time, you can apply for a long term residence card, providing you meet the requirements the current regulations stipulate.
