Personal Injury Limitation

I am trying to pursue a road traffic accident claim that happened in Spain in September 2009. The Claimant is a UK citizen and based in this country, the defendant is Spanish and resides in Spain.
Does anyone know the limitation date for bringing a personal injury claim in Spain?

I think that there is no such time period for such claims. I feel its better that you consult a lawyer and discuss this matter with him. Based on his opinion you should hire a personal injury lawyer and let that lawyer take the further decision and take the case ahead.
